The Role…

We are actively seeking passionate Field Account Supervisors to add value to our team to continue the expansion of our service. In this role, you will promote Perfect Surface’s service through face to face interactions with our clients. In order to succeed in this position, you will need to be confident in your customer service skills, eager to learn, and willing to hit personal and team sales goals.

  • Meet with existing clients to discuss satisfaction with all recent work completed at the client’s site
  • Work with our service technicians, supervisors and inside customer service reps to solve client’s problems
  • Document ALL interactions with existing and potential clients via daily reports, work request quotes and client updates in company database system.
  • Generate new work opportunities in each client visit


  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • A Reliable vehicle
  • Written and spoken communication, comfort with email correspondence, comfort with mobile devices.
  • Some sales Experience a plus but not required

The Role

We are seeking Quality Inspectors visit the sites of our work to ensure the maintenance of the quality expectations of our clients. No specific experience is required for this role, just a high attention to detail, organization and a great personality. In this role you will do the following

  • Visit the site of our work (usually an apartment complex). Obtain keys from the property leasing office
  • Get apartment complex map and go to the unit where the work is or was completed.
  • Take detailed pictures videos of work completed as well as surrounding areas
  • Upload to internal database.
  • Return keys to property leasing office


Fixed Pay per visit depending on location and proximity to other stops.


  • Must have reliable vehicle
  • Must have reliable smart phone
  • Must be able to work during client hours of 9am and 5pm on the days chosen
  • Must be able to pass a background check.

We are actively seeking bilingual administrative Assistants to join our team. You will be responsible for answering between 40-60 calls per day, responding to email order requests as well as provide outstanding customer service to our clients

  • Process customer orders from initial contact through service delivery
  • Respond to and resolve customer issues in a timely manner with great judgment and excellent communication skills
  • Answer between 60 and 80 calls per day
  • Respond to emails in a prompt manner
  • Create follow ups for new and existing work orders.
  • Complete all supervisor & quotes requests
  • Coordinate with order departments, technicians & customers on a daily basis
  • Maintain Field Report files/pictures and other required information.
  • Process POs as necessary.
  • Ensure completed worker orders are appropriately filled out by customers and technicians
  • Responsible for Receiving Log and/or Receiving Log e-mails.
  • Maintain Operations Log for work orders, supervisors & quotes requests
  • Enter/update data related to PO receiving.
  • Perform Inventory Cycle Counts.
  • Prepare operations reports
  • Support other departments including operations in dispatching work orders to sub-contractors
  • Perform other duties as assigned
